Use up to 25 drops of essential oil to 10 mls. of carrier oil. ie: bland vegetable oil, soya, Corn, grapeseed, almond, or jojoba in the mixes below.
1. When you feel tense with stress thoughts constantly invading sleep:
- 10 drops of Bergamot
- 5 drops of Clary sage
- 3 drops of Ylang Ylang
if you wish to bring the blend down a little, and add 10 drops of sandalwood.
2. When you need comfortring and uplifting:
- 10 drops of sandalwood
- 5 drops of Ginger
- 5 drops of Bergamot or Lemon
3. When you feel ungrounded e.g. after the flu when you are feeling light headed and distant:
- 15 drops of Patchouli
- 6 drops of Ylang Ylang
You will use these blends as you would perfume.
